From the Tybee shores, up a path of blue sand through the sea oats you can see the Tybee Island lighthouse. This is an HDR version of Tybee Beach with the Tybee Island Lighthouse in the background. You can see the patches of grass growing on the dunes. The clouds in the sky have high contrast of dark shadows with mostly blues and grays, with a hint of pink and orange peeking over the left sand dune. The clouds seem to threaten rain. “Fort Niagara Lighthouse is a part of a limited edition set containing 35 prints This is an image of the Fort Niagara Lighthouse, which stands tall and majestic against a silvery blue sky. Snow has settled softly on the roof of the premises, as well as the windows and gray stone that make up the structure. The solid structure sits firmly in the snow, and seasonal decorations dot its surface with red bows and green wreaths. Inside the St. Augustine Lighthouse, there is a strong undercurrent of darkness that permeates the core of the structure. Stairs and rails grab hold of this structure, and a window in the midst of all gives a view of the stray sunshine leaking in weakly as it continues to stand tall and majestic off the coast of Florida. The ghostly light transforms and morphs into a phantom image that begins to make its way around the white brick of the interior, clinging to a past that no longer includes them in a tangible way. Tybee Island Lighthouse stands tall and majestic off the coast of Georgia. It looks a little lonely in the early morning light, but continues to shine despite the gray sky crowding around it. The sea oats seem to want to compete with the height of the lighthouse, a ridiculous but noble venture, a daily quest to rise above.
